Audrey Simmons

As a life-long trained dancer, I love to use my knowledge of the body to help you get to know yours better too! I am certified in all levels of Pilates Mat and use the knowledge of the classical repertoire to inform some fun contemporary additions. Join me on the mat for a muscle shake, a sweat, and a stretch! I promise you’ll leave with a stronger core, a focused mind, and a smile.

Caroline Chisolm

Hi BodyRock fam! I’m Caroline, a certified mat and reformer pilates instructor, who sometimes sings and dances as well. I’m a North Carolina girl, based in Manhattan and am so excited to share my love of the human body with you! In my class you can expect to sweat, laugh, stretch, and feel that core (from the work and the laughs). Whether it’s your first time working your core or your 1,000th I can’t wait to work it out with you! Fun fact: I’m currently training to be a pre/postnatal coach, while also learning to be a first time cat mom.
