Audrey Simmons

As a life-long trained dancer, I love to use my knowledge of the body to help you get to know yours better too! I am certified in all levels of Pilates Mat and use the knowledge of the classical repertoire to inform some fun contemporary additions. Join me on the mat for a muscle shake, a sweat, and a stretch! I promise you’ll leave with a stronger core, a focused mind, and a smile.
