With the Jumpstart, my mission is to offer things you can’t really find anywhere else and having you step into this year feeling fresh, confident and ready to #slay 2021!

2 Semi Private Training Sessions/Week: 7:30am - 8:05am Mon/Wed, 5:45-6:20pm Thurs & Sat 9:30-10:05am Each Class Capped at 6.
1 Yoga Class/ Week with Alanna Sun 10-10:40
1 Core Class/Week with Audrey Tues 6-6:40
Weekly 1:1 Virtual Check In
Nutritional Guidance from a *Certified Nutrition Coach* including portion help, a weekly go-to lunch/dinner meal idea with meal prepping advice and grocery break down.
Can’t make your class? All sessions will be recorded and shared to the group for make up/replay.
